Tai Chi is a moving meditation in the form of a series of gentle exercises that create harmony between the mind and body. Regular practise will improve your wellbeing. Movements are fluid, graceful, circular and slow. Breathing is deep, aiding visual and mental concentration, helping to relax the body.

Tai Chi has many health benefits, and can support people of all ages.  Some of the key benefits include:

  • Improves cardiovascular fitness
  • Can lower blood pressure
  • Helps to improve balance to reduce the risk of falls
  • Helps people with arthritis
