Easy Movers is a great way to incorporate an all round workout into your routine, with balance, strength, fitness and coordination exercises all being covered in each session. Easy Movers is also fantastic for individuals who are looking to maintain a healthy weight, as well as those who have numerous health conditions that exercise would benefit.

Easy Movers is a circuit style exercise class to help people maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. Each class includes a variety of low impact exercises using resistance bands and body weight to improve your cardio fitness, stamina and strength.

These weekly classes are delivered by our qualified instructor, Helen Danson, who is able to support you if you are new to classes, as well as being able to  accommodate for participants with numerous health conditions.

What to Bring

  • Wear clothes and footwear you are comfortable in.
  • Resistance Band (Can be purchased for £1 at your first session if you don’t own one)
  • Water bottle to keep hydrated.

 

Registration information

You will need to complete an online registration form before joining a class so we know a bit about you. Please complete the form through the button below and on the first question, select ‘Fit to Dance/Easy Movers’ as the programme to enrol on. At the bottom of the form, please leave a note telling us which class you’ll be attending.

For your first session, please ensure that you inform the instructor of any emergency health information and emergency contact.
