In Leicestershire we have just started offering Waterways Well-being activities.  We’re working in partnership with the Canal and River trust to hold socially prescribed canoe, paddle board and walking sessions in South Leicestershire. These session aim to give people who are feeling stressed, anxious or social isolated the opportunity to enjoy some ‘me’ time, whilst relaxing and talking to like minded people along our beautiful canals and rivers.
